Valtra T Series (T194)
The Problem: The client needed more low-end grunt for heavy towing and silage work, alongside a permanent fix for unreliable AdBlue/SCR countdown timers.
Our Solution: Using premium TractorTuningUK files, we sharpened the throttle response and increased torque across the power band on the 7.4L AGCO/Sisu engine, turning the T194 into an absolute powerhouse while completely deleting future emissions downtime.
Kramer Material Handlers (Deutz Engine)
The Problem: Stop-start yard work means the Deutz engine never gets hot enough to clean its DPF naturally. Result? Regular blocked filters, constant regenerations, and a useless loader sitting in the yard.
Our Solution: Specialized telehandler and loading shovel mapping. We cleared the active limp modes and optimized the Deutz software to eliminate the DPF/AdBlue headache entirely, restoring hydraulic sharpness and reliability to the farm's main workhorse.

AdBlue / SCR Software Solutions
AdBlue pumps, heaters, and NOx sensors are notoriously unreliable, often triggering 48-hour countdown timers or forcing the tractor into a crippling 5 mph limp mode. We reprogram the ECU to correct these faults, clearing the countdowns and stopping the tractor from derating, ensuring you aren't left stranded during crucial weather windows.
DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) Solutions
Tractors doing low-load yard work or stop-start tasks rarely get hot enough to naturally regenerate the DPF. This leads to blocked filters, dashboard warning lights, and expensive forced regenerations. We adjust the ECU software to manage or assist with DPF restriction issues, eliminating constant regeneration cycles and the associated engine wear.
EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) Solutions
